Travel arrangements have diversified somewhat.
I no longer have a road going mini.
Mutton below is SORNed.
The Almera is reliable and, as well as a bike or two, I managed to get a 6 foot fridge in the back of it,
so it's hard to complain.

This is Dennis. A GT Avalanche in more or less the guise in which he arrived
Of course the picture's out of date. He has been upgraded, done many miles on most types of terrain, and now has been superceded. First to go were the forks (2.6 kg) then the chainset, then the brakes, then the rear changer. At some point the seat, as some other point the wheels. Anyway, He will return as a rigid forked hack for work. More soon...

Boris, on the left, a '94 "Rio". Seen here in original colour, but with a mkI innocenti grille and "de-lipped" bonnet. The arches are Group II rally arches, so was gone a little retro. Due to time and storage constraints, Boris has now been sold to a lovely couple who will get him the professional help he requires after the 18 months of neglect whilst I was away in Portugal

Mutton on the right is an '84 mini city, my first mini and an ongoing project. Currently SORNed he is actually a collection of the component parts living in a rather metal shed errected specifically for this purpose. I should mention the 12 or so large and small boxes in which he is stored. He will be rebuilt into a metal shell with the intention of coil overs for the back and a reasonable modern engine for the front, requiring a redesign for the front subframe.

Current main motor vehicle. Richard, my little tractor.

I like him.
